Mamta Bhatt comes from a long line of Ayurvedic Practitioners in India. She is a recent graduate of the Sarasvati Institute of Ayurveda & Yoga. Since 2015, she has taught Vedic Philosophy to seekers at The Science of the Soul Center. She also teaches online cooking where nutrition and taste are blended in such a manner so as to be healthful as well as enticing of the taste buds. She is a staunch believer of the Ayurvedic saying “Ahara, param Aushadhi”, which means food is best medicine. Before her life in Ayurveda, Mamta worked as a Lab Technician in hospital. Finally, Mamta is also certified in Vedic Astrology. Mamta shares a strong passion to serve the community, which not only benefits the people she serves but also honors her lineage. 
 

When not working, she enjoys reading Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology books, practicing Yoga, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
